Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or a refund. We do not offer replacements.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you are returning jewellery, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to return your jewellery if it has been taken out of the bag. To make a return, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us using the live chat on our website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our shipping address in which you will need to arrange a shipping label. This is so you are able to choose a delivery company which works best for you.
Please double check your returned items before sending it back to us, when we receive your package, we will inspect it. If there are any items which have been sent to us damaged, we will be unable to refund you for these. This is a risk you will take when sending items back to us as we will not be able to send them back out to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you leave this and after 14 days raise an issue with us, we will be unable to solve it.
Store Credit
We provide store credit for eligible returns. This policy allows us to maintain the quality and sustainability of our products while offering flexibility to our customers. Please note a customer will have up to 14 days of receiving your order to request any issues or returns.
We do not offer store credit returns to jewellery which has been worn as it is a hygiene concern unless it remains in the compostable bag sent in, this bag needs to be sealed and unopened due to hygiene concerns.
Please note that we will exclude the shipping price you spent in your previous order in your store credit. You will only be given the cost of the product you paid for.
Additional Notes
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is faulty or damaged
- Timeframe for Store Credit: Store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item for returns.
